Dr Michael
Paterson OBE gives presentations regularly to audiences ranging
in size from half a dozen to several hundred. While using

Michael was the inspirational speaker who
set the tone for the whole of Management Month
when the theme was ‘Making the most of it’. He
was very open about his own early career when he
admits he didn’t make the most of his
abilities. However the power of his message
comes through after the tragic incident in which
he was involved. His courage and resolve are an
inspiration to us all. Michael is now involved
in helping others to realise the power that lies
within us and helps others to confront their
